The balloon festival scheduled to take place from September 2 – 4 will showcase a total of 14 colourful hot air balloons which feature numerous distinctive shapes and colours.

The highlight of the event will be a national flag salute ceremony which will be held on September 2 to celebrate National Day. Hot air balloons will raise a 200 square metre national flag into the sky in Tri Ton district of An Giang.

The organisers will also hold a music gala on a walking street in order to help tourists discover the beauty of the local area at night.
