The 'Hanoi Days in Ho Chi Minh City' festival ignited the night on Friday, lighting up the Nguyen Hue Walking Street in District 1. This three-day cultural extravaganza is a showcase of Hanoi's vibrant political and administrative prowess, a city steeped in rich cultural heritage and traditional values.
The highly anticipated event, ‘Hanoi’s Marks’, is a pivotal part of the 70th-anniversary celebrations of Hanoi’s Liberation Day. This occasion commemorates the city’s freedom and is an integral component of Vietnam’s history.

At the opening ceremony, Vu Thu Ha, deputy chairwoman of the Hanoi People’s Committee, shared the event’s vision to elevate Hanoi’s cultural reputation and foster a stronger bond with Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s economic center.
This festival also serves as a tribute to the upcoming 50th anniversary of National Reunification Day, a significant milestone in the country’s history.
