There will be a number of films screened at the festival including “578”, “9”, Bright and Shiny Tan, The Girl from the Past, Just One Flea, The Sword, Street and Piano, Me and Trinh, FANTI, Peach Blossom, Hong Ha Nu Si, and The Anonymous.
Hanoi’s film enthusiasts can catch these films at the National Cinema Centre, while those in Da Nang can head to the Da Nang Centre of Culture and Cinema.
The 23rd Vietnam Film Festival is set to take place in Da Lat city, in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong from November 21 to 25.
The theme for the 23rd Film Festival is “Developing the Vietnamese Film Industry Imbued with National Identity, Modernity, and Humanity”. The aim is to promote the growth of the Vietnamese film industry and establish a thriving cinema industry.
