An exhibition showcasing 50 large-sized photos, carefully selected from the archives of the VNA and Kyodo News, highlights the friendly and cooperative relations between Vietnam and Japan over the past five decades.
Vu Viet Trang, the General Director of VNA, expressed the significance of the year 2023, as it marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The weeklong exhibition aims to showcase the achievements of their cooperation over the past half-century and the potential for further development in their future partnership. Trang also emphasized the effective collaboration between the two news agencies in information and communications since the 1980s.
Kyodo President, Toru Mizutani, believes that the exhibited photos symbolize the exchange and friendship between Japan and Vietnam in various fields. He hopes that the two countries will continue to deepen their friendship and cooperation for peace and stability in the world.
