Establishing an Integrated Logistics Centre: Elevating Dong Nai’s Industrial Landscape

    The Republic of Korea's Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries has unveiled an ambitious plan to construct an integrated logistics hub in the heart of Vietnam's southern province of Dong Nai. This state-of-the-art facility, to be located within the Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park, promises to revolutionize the region's logistics landscape.

    Covering an impressive 55,000 sq.m of land, with a total floor area of 26,168 sq.m, this state-of-the-art logistics facility is set to make waves in the industry. Developed through a joint venture with Lotte Global Logistics in Vietnam, this project is further bolstered by the global logistics supply chain fund, ensuring its success.

    The logistics center will be a powerhouse, offering two distinct zones: one dedicated to ambient storage and the other specializing in cold storage. With an anticipated launch date of May 2026, the facility is on track to become a pivotal player in the logistics landscape.

    Notably, a ministry official highlighted the concentration of Korean shipping companies within the Nhon Trach Industrial Complex, underscoring the strategic importance of this logistics center. Once operational, it is poised to become a pivotal hub for Korean import-export ventures in Vietnam, facilitating their business endeavors.

    Strategically located in the southern region of Vietnam, the Nhon Trach Industrial Park in Dong Nai province boasts an advantageous position near key markets such as Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang. Further enhancing its appeal are the robust transport links it enjoys, including convenient access to Long Thanh International Airport and Cat Lai Port.
