Bui Van Manh, the director of the provincial Department of Tourism, has confirmed the achievement of a win at the prestigious World Travel Awards (WTA) on Monday morning.

Some of the notable competitors of Cuc Phuong National Park include Chitwan National Park in Nepal, Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park in Japan, Kinabalu National Park in Malaysia, Komodo National Park in Indonesia, Minneriya National Park in Sri Lanka, and Taman Negara National Park in Malaysia.

Cuc Phuong National Park, located 120 kilometers from Hanoi, is a revered nature reserve established on July 7, 1962.

The national park spans across more than 22,000 hectares of land, encompassing 14 communes within four districts, spanning across the provinces of Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh, and Thanh Hoa.

Cuc Phuong National Park boasts a rich biodiversity, housing over 2,200 plant species. The park is also a habitat for an impressive array of wildlife, including 122 types of reptiles and amphibians, 66 species of fish, 2,000 varieties of insects, and 135 other animal species.
