The street artfully showcases Dong Thap’s rich heritage as the ‘land of pink lotuses’, with a contemporary twist that celebrates the region’s progress and future prospects.
As visitors enter, they are greeted by an adorable pair of snake mascots, their heads forming a heart. The mascots’ fluid and playful design adds a whimsical touch, captivating families and children eager to capture memorable photos.

Further along, grand scenes unfold, symbolizing traditional Tet celebrations and the unique cultural heritage of the region.
One of the most captivating displays is the ‘Craft Village Heritage’, which brings to life the traditional village activities of Dong Thap. From intricately woven mats to handcrafted boats and vibrant bowls of noodles, this exhibit encapsulates the rustic beauty and cultural richness of local craft villages, preserving a vital part of Vietnamese tradition.

Nguyen Thi Kieu Trang, a local resident of Cao Lanh City, shared her enthusiasm for this year’s snake mascots, stating, “The playful and friendly design of the mascots truly connects with families, especially the little ones.”
She added, “Visiting the flower street is a yearly tradition for my family. We usually come at night and then return the next morning for family photos. This year’s displays, especially the mat-weaving village, are exceptionally beautiful and well-arranged.”

The floral arrangements along the street are a sight to behold, with sunflowers and multicolored chrysanthemums taking center stage, complemented by thousands of orchid baskets. A stunning orchid tunnel, inspired by a snake shedding its skin and renewing itself, gracefully stretches along the path.

As visitors reach the end of the street, they are greeted by iconic images of Dong Thap, including pink lotuses, the beloved ‘Baby Lotus’ mascot, and a graceful flock of cranes in flight.
The Tet Flower Street is open to the public free of charge from the 26th day of the 12th lunar month to the fifth day of Tet, offering a delightful and immersive experience for all ages.
