The Vietnamese Ambassador, Mai Phuoc Dung, hosted an event that united the community and connected them to their homeland. The occasion was graced with beautiful songs about Hanoi, performed by professional singers and talented Vietnamese individuals. Trinh Thi Mai, a 39-year-old attendee who has been living in Singapore for half a decade, expressed her delight at being a part of such a meaningful gathering. Liz Nguyen, from the organizing team, shared that the event was carefully prepared, and despite the modest proceeds, they will make a tangible difference in organizing a Mid-Autumn Festival for children in the coming month.
