Director Nguyen Thanh Hong of the Quang Nam Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism shared that the region has been collaborating with Hoiana Resort & Golf to craft unique and thrilling visitor experiences.
The festival unites international kite teams from a diverse range of countries and territories, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Australia.
These talented artisans will showcase their kite-flying prowess in a vibrant, colorful setting on the beach adjacent to the Hoiana resort in Tay Son Tay village, Duy Hai commune, Duy Xuyen district.
A highlight of the event is the nightly release of sparkling LED kites, creating a mesmerizing display. The festival will also feature a music extravaganza on July 27, with performances by well-known local and international artists.
Attendees can immerse themselves in kite-making workshops, culinary explorations of local flavors, and captivating magic shows alongside fiery dance routines.
