A one-of-a-kind Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) candy collection was crafted by Pawty Pawty, a pet bakery based in An Phu Ward, Thu Duc. The owners, a trio of young entrepreneurs, spent over two months meticulously researching and developing these special treats.

Nguyen Thi Mai Ly, 27, along with her partners, Tran Thanh Truc, 25, and Do Trung Hieu, 27, left their corporate jobs to pursue their passion for creating healthy and innovative pet food.

Ly shared that the idea behind these Tet treats stemmed from a desire to include pets in the festive celebrations, recognizing that they are cherished members of the family. “More and more people consider pets as family,” she said, “and we wanted to create a special Tet experience for them.”

The Pawty Pawty Tet candy set offers a delightful assortment of eight treats, carefully crafted with premium ingredients such as goat milk powder, lean pork, salmon, tuna, and oatmeal. Their attention to detail is evident in treats like the gold bar candy, made with goat milk and chicken eggs, and the cat tongue cakes, which look strikingly similar to traditional Tet candies.

What sets these treats apart is their focus on health and natural ingredients. The team at Pawty Pawty avoids added sugar, salt, and preservatives, opting instead for natural vegetable food coloring. They utilize drying technology to extend the shelf life of the treats, ensuring pets can enjoy them throughout the holiday season.

The price range for these special Tet candy sets is from VND199,000 to VND399,000, with free miniature hats included for a festive touch. Pawty Pawty’s customer base includes individual pet owners as well as pet shops and hotels, who purchase these candies as gifts for their valued customers.

The team has already received pre-orders from across Vietnam, including Hanoi and Hai Duong Province. Their largest order to date came from a Hanoi-based customer who bought nine trays of treats for their dog and their friends’ pets, spreading the joy of the season.

With their dedication to quality and innovation, this passionate group of entrepreneurs aims to expand their unique pet treats to more provinces and cities, making every holiday a delicious and inclusive celebration for our furry friends.
