Vietnam Grand Prix Corporation (VGPC) is a subsidiary of Vingroup, entrusted with the rights to organize the Formula 1 Vietnam Grand Prix by the Hanoi People’s Committee – the entity which holds the rights to host Formula 1 in Vietnam.
