A celebration of Vietnam’s National Day
Guests can dine on prawn and lotus stem salad, Hanoi chicken and cabbage salad, fresh Vietnamese spring roll with black bean dip, deep-fried seafood spring roll, stir-fried snail coconut milk, beef noodle soup in Hue-style, pho (Vietnamese-style noodle soup) with beef, roasted suckling pig and fried bun, wok-fried beef and Saigon fried rice in lotus leaf.
There is also an international food corner which includes foie gras, Mornay oyster and lobster cooked to order and a corner of Vietnamese desserts such as sweet green bean and sago soup, sticky rice ball in ginger syrup, Vietnamese tapioca with green bean sweep soup, sticky rice with custard topping bananas fitter, and assorted Vietnamese cake.
Vietnamese themed menu at Mojo Café
Mojo Café on Dong Khoi Street will be featuring Vietnamese specialties menu daily in September, featuring braised young pork ribs served with steamed rice and fragrant vegetables, lotus fried rice served with roasted pork skewers and vegetables, and Southern chicken noodle soup.
The café also serves a flavorful Vietnamese themed collection of drinks including Kumquat Coconut, Salted apricot with ambarella juice, Avocado almond and soya peanut.
