The front yard is used as a motorbike repairing shop, while the multi-purpose garden on the roof both provides clean vegetables for the family and acts as an anti-heat layer, keeping the living space cool even during the summer heat.

Da Nang’s Thang House has a 12 m2 swimming pool owned by an engineer over 40 years old. From a young age, this engineer wanted to have a place with a lot of tropical green trees. This work is divided into 2 parts: the living space and the garden part. The green garden opposite the living area gives the house a vibrant vibe.

The roof is designed into a garden with 9 boxes to grow trees, where more fruit trees can be planted. Rainwater is fully utilized to watering the plants through an automatic water supply system. With a system of solar panels, the design is aimed at reducing energy consumption.
