Leaders of Ho Chi Minh City and many locals offer incense at Hung Kings Temple in the National Historical and Cultural Park in Thu Duc City.

The Hung Kings’ death anniversary is solemnly commemorated at the Prenn waterfall tourist area in Da Lat, attracting many tourists and locals.

Da Lat hosts many significant activities, including calligraphy writing, a trade fair, and artistic performances.

Locals and tourists enthusiastically participate in folk games held in the Central Highlands tourist resort.

A drum and gong beating performance marks the beginning of the Hung Kings Temple Festival in Binh Duong province, southern Vietnam, to honor the nation’s legendary founders.

A contest for making Banh Chung (square glutinous rice cake) and Banh Giay (round glutinous rice cake) is also held in Binh Duong on this occasion.

An exhibition showcasing the history of the country’s construction and protection is held in Binh Duong Museum.

Art performances are held in front of Hung Vuong Temple in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, a site originally built 60 years ago to honor the nation’s legendary founders.

A total of 40 delegations from localities throughout Khanh Hoa offer incense to honor the Hung Kings on April 18.
