NDO – An exhibition featuring 50 fine art works on the heritage of Hanoi ancient villages opened at the Center for Art Exhibition and Exhibitions of Fine Arts, Photography, 29 Hang Bai Street, Hanoi on May 22.
NDO/VNA – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on May 3 attended a launching ceremony for a project to preserve a historical relic in Cao Quy village, Lien Khe commune, Thuy Nguyen district, the northern port city of Hai Phong.
NDO – On the basis of a proposal by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as well as the assessment of the Vietnam National Cultural Heritage Council, the Prime Minister has issued a written consent on submitting a national dossier to UNESCO for the inclusion of the craft of Dong Ho folk painting in the list of intangible cultural heritages in need of urgent safeguarding.
