In the 18th minute, Palestine had their first notable opportunity when Ali Abualfa broke away and faced off against Dinh Trieu, but the Vietnamese goalkeeper expertly saved the player’s shot.

During the first half, it is worth mentioning the unfortunate incident involving Pham Trung Hieu and Trieu Viet Hung, who had to leave the field in an ambulance as a result of injuries.

In the 61st minute, Vietnam took the lead when Hoang Duc expertly played a through ball to Cong Phuong. Phuong then skillfully evaded Palestine’s goalkeeper, Rami Hamada, and calmly put the ball into the net, giving Vietnam a 1-0 advantage.
In a display of exceptional skill, Hoang Duc executed a brilliant pass to Pham Tuan Hai. However, despite Hai’s best efforts, he was unable to overcome goalkeeper Hamada in their attempt.
Vietnam’s initial disappointment quickly turned into joy when, in the 78th minute, Nguyen Van Toan expertly infiltrated the opposition’s penalty area and neatly set up Tuan Hai to score a goal into the open net. This goal extended Vietnam’s lead to 2-0.
