Amigos Whiskey Bar

Amigos Whiskey Bar in Nha Trang serves a variety of cocktails, spirits, and whiskies at reasonable rates. A 10-minute walk from Tran Phu Beach, Booze Cruise Bar & Grill claims to show all major sporting events including AFL, NRL, Euro 2012 and much more. Checkpoint Bar & Restaurant

Checkpoint Bar & Restaurant is a Russian/Euro-themed establishment in Nha Trang. The décor is made up of photographs of Soviet military scenes, flags, hats and coats. Staffed by Vietnamese and friendly Russians, Checkpoint is fully air-conditioned, complete with disco bar, verandah and children’s corner. Living up to its moniker, Crazy Kim Bar is a pretty wild place with an untamed clientele. In the heart of the backpacker area, this lively joint is particularly popular with the diving community so expect lots of underwater chat. South of town (across from the Evason Ana Mandara), Jack Roof Terrace Bar and Restaurant ‘s is run by friendly Jack himself. Oasis

Oasis has a pleasant rooftop terrace setting that overlooks Nha Trang City. Resident DJs spin electro dance and house tunes with occasional ladyboy shows held during special occasions. Pool Pub

Pool Pub’s prominent location along Tran Phu Beach makes it one of the best nightlife spots in Nha Trang. This laidback two-storey establishment is entirely al fresco, featuring a rooftop terrace, wooden communal tables, neon lighting and good quality audio systems, though the best seats in the house are up at the spacious pool-side bar. The central swimming pool is popular too, so bring some swimming gear if you fancy a dip. Why Not Bar

Why Not Bar is one of the few nightlife spots in Nha Trang that stay open past 03:00, offering attractive drinks promos until 01:00. Situated less than two minutes away from Tran Phu Beach, this bar gets very crowded after 02:00, when Sailing Club Nha Trang closes for the night. With a music policy of electro dance and remixed pop tunes, Why Not Bar is fitted with an open terrace with tables out front while a massive dance floor indoors can accommodate up to 200 people. While entrance is free of charge, there is a cover charge of VND 30,000 if you visit the bar after 01:00.

Part of the hotel by the same name, Yasaka Beach & Bar occupies the prime beachfront spot, from which it serves cocktails and aperitif-like drinks. ZIMA Club

ZIMA Club is popular with the Russian crowd in Nha Trang but its welcoming atmosphere makes it a great place to party for a wide range of clubbers. Accessible within a 10-minute walk from Nha Trang City Hall, the two-storey club is fitted with a spacious dancefloor, lounge seats and a fully-stocked bar, while its resident DJ (and occasional saxophone player) play hard-core house and techno tunes from 21:00 onwards.
