Inoue is a Japanese actor and representative director of AIC RIGHTS who portrays Tsukasa Kadoya/Kamen Rider Decade in Kamen Rider Decade, with his most recent reprisal of the role in Kamen Rider Zi-O. The Japanese star is also known for his portrayal of Jinga in Garo: Gold Storm – Sho and Kami no Kiba: Jinga.

Manga Comic Con Vietnam 2023 is anticipated to draw the participation of many celebrities from both the local and international entertainment industry. The event is therefore expected to welcome roughly 40,000 fans.
