Finally, Ashley Melendez from Puerto Rico emerged as the winner, securing the title of Miss Global.Â
The first runner-up title went to the representative from Samoa, while the contestants from Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam claimed the second, third, and fourth runner-up positions, respectively.

The audience was disappointed with Vietnam’s representative, Doan Thu Thuy, who ended up as the fourth runner-up due to her deficiencies in English proficiency.Â
They noticed her struggles during the Q&A round as she was unable to express her answers fluently.
Some viewers believe that the 28-year-old contestant could have improved her performance by utilizing a translator.
