The Hanoi Creative Design Festival 2023 will be the largest event of its kind to date and will take place in the capital from November 17 to November 26. The festival will offer a wide range of activities for attendees to enjoy.

According to the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, the annual festival aims to implement Hanoi’s initiatives and commitments to UNESCO as a member of the organization’s Creative Cities Network.

The festival will revolve around the theme of “Flow,” highlighting the significance of the Red River as a vital link connecting the historical, cultural, and socio-economic aspects of the capital.

The event was first held in 2021 and is organized by the Hanoi administration, the Vietnam Association of Architects, the UNESCO Representative Office in Hanoi, and UN-Habitat.
