Since March, Mack Rutherford has been flying his Sharky ultralight aircraft across Europe, Africa, and now Asia. He recently made pit stops in Kolkata, India and Chiang Mai, Thailand before reaching Vietnam. With speeds of up to 300 kilometers per hour, his well-equipped aircraft is ideal for long-distance travel. Mack’s next destination is the Philippines. Earlier this year, his 19-year-old sister Zara Rutherford became the world’s youngest female pilot to fly solo around the world. Mack himself earned his microlight pilot’s license at the age of 15, making him the world’s youngest pilot.
