Vietnam-Japan Relations Illuminated by LED Lights

This month, a display of art lights is being showcased alongside a variety of cultural events, conveying a message of strong and lasting relationships.


Half a million vibrant light-emitting diode (LED) lights have been installed over a substantial portion of Bach Dang Wharf Park in Ho Chi Minh City to mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of ties between Vietnam and Japan.

The art lights of Bach Dang Wharf in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, reflect the unique symbols of each country and the relationship between them. These lights brighten up the area and enhance its beauty, creating a stunning display of colors and cultures.

The artwork depicts a garden of cherry blossom trees, the national flower of Japan, and lotus flowers floating on the water, symbolizing the traditional Vietnamese image and the interaction between the two cultures.
