With the theme “Hanoi Connecting Five Continents,” the festival showcased the rich culinary heritage of the city and its global connections.

One of the most exciting features of the event was the introduction of “Digital Pho Hanoi,” a fusion of technology and tradition. Visitors were enthralled by the modern twist on traditional pho, as robots prepared and served this beloved dish.
