Hanoi Art Connecting 2019 to draw 140 local and foreign artists

    NDO/VNA – The international exhibition and workshop Hanoi Art Connecting 2019 will take place in the capital city from October 14-18, as part of activities celebrating the 70th founding anniversary of the University of Industrial Fine Arts.
