The northern region of Vietnam has been hit by cold waves and drizzling rain lately, causing the temperature to drop to around 10-13 degrees Celsius.

This unfavorable weather condition has affected the daily activities of many people, including athletes from both national and local teams.

A lot of athletes have experienced muscle stiffness due to training in cold weather.

To overcome this challenge and stick to their training routines, members of the Hanoi shooting team have found an innovative solution: they wrap themselves in blankets during practice sessions.

These images of the team training while completely covered in thick blankets have garnered a lot of attention on the internet.

Athletes involved in outdoor sports such as track and field, as well as indoor activities like taekwondo, have chosen to bundle up as their preferred method during training.
